RESERVATION DEPOSITįor a 1 night reservation, your credit card will be charged the full one night plus tax per number of rooms reserved as soon as your reservation is received. PETS ARE NOT TO BE KEPT IN CARS IN PARKING LOT OVERNIGHT FOR ANY REASON. Please make arrangements to board you pets prior to arrival, so that they will be comfortable during your vacation. Pets are not allowed to stay in the cars while staying at our location. We also reserve the right to deny you the room. If you arrive with children there is a $25/child/night charge. Rooms with king size beds: The maximum number of people allowed in the rooms with king size beds is two. The rooms with two double beds sleep 4 guests comfortably. Rooms with two double beds: The maximum number of people in the rooms with two double beds is four. It is a simple procedure, so just let us know. Prior arrangements can be made when making the reservation if you know you will be late. Unfortunately we do not have public restrooms for guest use prior to check-in.Īll arrivals later than 10:00 pm will need to contact the front desk on the day of arrival to make arrangements to receive a key.
If arriving prior to check-in time, you may park your vehicle in the parking lot and walk the grounds. We appreciate your cooperation in allowing us the time to present your room at its best. We cannot accommodate early check-ins during our peak season (May-October). Check-outs later than 11:00 am will be charged a $50.00 fee.Guests determined to have been smoking in the rooms will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit the balance of their reservation and deposit. Please inquire about the location at time of Guest Check-in.įailure to comply with this policy will result in the charge of $250.00 cleaning fee for the room contamination. There is a designated area outside away from the building for smoking. SMOKING POLICYĪll of our rooms are NON-SMOKING smoking is not permitted in the rooms or on the balconies, grounds, or the backside of the property.
Remember, because it might show we don’t have what you need, doesn’t mean we can’t make some adjustments to get you in. Also, any time you can not find the room or dates you need, contact the Reservation Desk at 1-80 and we will make every effort to accommodate you. If more than two rooms are booked using the online system, we reserve the right to deny these reservations. If you need to book more than two rooms for a particular date(s) you MUST contact the reservation desk to make this reservation. Reservations are only accepted for the current year and not for years in advance. In the event that a particular room is not available, we reserve the right to place you in the most similar accommodations available. Specific location requests are honored when possible, but NOT GUARANTEED. Reservations are accepted on a space available basis.
